The Lovely Hugo was seized by West Yorkshire police as a suspected Pitbull type dog after his owner was sent to prison. Hugo at the time was only 4 months old. He was held by police for 5 months until an assessment had taken place once he got to 9 months old.  Hugo was recently assessed by police who determined he does NOT have the characteristics of a Pitbull type dog as a result he could be released. Hugo has  spent the majority of his puppy hood in kennels he has had a strong following and a lot of support from many people. A foster family has been found for Hugo until his owner is released from prison. We wish Hugo all the best and hope he lives a happy healthy life.
