Simba was seized by Merseyside Police a few months back for being a suspected pit bull terrier. Simba's mum was left heartbroken as she feared her baby would be put to sleep. The case was finally heard at Liverpool Magistrates Court yesterday. Mr Parry put in a valiant performance throughout and came out on top. It was agreed that Simba, now a exempted pit bull terrier, could be returned to his extremely happy owner.
