It has been a very bust month here at Parry and Welch Solicitors. We have been instructed on a record number of dog cases. For many clients they face a long and upsetting wait for court proceedings to progress, however for some clients their beloved dog is returned to them without the complication of court proceedings.

What we are finding recently is that the police are returning dogs to owners with conditions rather than going through the court process. This month we have had 3 dogs reunited with their ecstatic owners without the need of going through the court process.  These dogs varied in breed a American Bull Dog, a Shar-Pei and a Boxer. All three dogs were seized by police across the country for the same type of offence.
