The day has finally come Missy has been released into the care of her dad who she lived with as a pup. Missy's journey has been a very long journey with many bumps in the road  along the way. Missy's case has set precedent for all similar future cases. This girl has clearly been through enough and deserves a second chance in life. She has touched so many and has touched each and everyone of our hearts here at Parry and Welch Solicitors.

That one small phone call that day from a concerned member of the public who had seen Missy's story in the paper most probably saved this girls life. The importance of a solicitor is crucial in these cases.

We wish Missy all the best with her new life with her new dad and her biological mum Phoebe.

Chunk has been in police kennels for over 12 months after a incident occurred between Chunk and a intruder in the family home. Chunks case has been a long process, firstly through the magistrates court with numerous appearances and then through appeal proceedings at the crown court with over 5 hearings before a decision was made by a crown court judge to save Chunk and place him into the care of Carla Lane Animals In Need subject to a control order. Many people on social media have asked why Chunk cannot be returned to his original owner unfortunately due to a court order we cannot discuss this further.

Chunks original owner would like to thank everyone who supported him and Chunk through proceedings and  thank everyone who donated to help him fund Chunks expert assessment.

Although this case is very bitter sweet we wish Chunk all the best with his new life.
